Tokens extend your video and private room time beyond the free allowance. Registered users earn tokens daily just by logging in. You can also buy token packs starting at €10.99, paid via cryptocurrency (no card, no identity required). Card payment is coming soon. No. Private video calls use end-to-end encrypted peer-to-peer connections (powered by LiveKit). We do not record, store, or have access to the contents of your private video or audio sessions.

Token purchases are non-refundable once tokens have been used. Unused token balances may be eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase. Contact support@heeyyo.com. Disputed transactions are handled directly with our payment partners. We maintain full transaction records and cooperate with chargeback investigations.
Every public room has a reporting mechanism. Reports trigger immediate human review. Harassment, hate speech, spam, and explicit content result in a permanent ban. Abuse reports can also be sent to abuse@heeyyo.com. We take compliance seriously and cooperate fully with law enforcement requests.
